What Your Membership Includes

Value that builds each month. Your monthly payment builds a Beauty Bank dollar balance (Gold Standard) or a Botox/Dysport unit balance (Frozen & Flawless) that you can apply to your treatments.

Member pricing. Members receive preferred rates on the services and products they use most.

Rollover of your banked value. As long as your membership is active and current, unused banked value carries forward month to month.

What to Know Before You Enroll

Membership is billed monthly. The first payment is due at enrollment; future payments draft on your chosen day (the 10th or 25th of each month).

There’s a six-month minimum. After that, you can cancel anytime with written notice before your next scheduled draft.

Banked value is nonrefundable. It doesn’t expire while you’re active, but it isn’t cash and can’t be transferred. If you cancel, previously banked value can still be used — at regular (non-member) prices.

Units apply to specific treatments. Frozen & Flawless units apply to Botox and Dysport only. They aren’t interchangeable with Daxxify, Xeomin, filler, skincare, or other services.

Treatments remain subject to provider evaluation. Membership doesn’t guarantee any specific treatment is medically appropriate — your provider always makes the clinical decision.
Common Questions
Do I have to know how much I’ll spend each month?
No. Your monthly payment is fixed. If you use more than your banked value at a visit, you pay the difference at member pricing. If you use less, the balance rolls forward while your membership is active.
What if I need to pause?
Memberships can be frozen with SCA approval for legitimate reasons — a medical situation, an extended trip, or similar. During a freeze, payments pause and no new value banks.
Can I switch memberships if my care plan changes?
Yes. Talk to us and we’ll help you make the switch.
Botox one visit, Dysport the next — does that work?
Yes. Both count against your Frozen & Flawless unit balance. Twenty units per month, applied to whichever neurotoxin you receive.
Can I combine member benefits with promotions?
Generally no, except when SCA specifically allows it. Manufacturer rewards like Allē and Aspire can typically be used alongside your membership.
