Donna Lloyd
Founder & CEO
Donna is the Founder and CEO of our clinic and have been a nurse for over 25 years. She began my career as an LVN in wound care, earned my RN while working in the hospital setting, and gained experience in orthopedics and neuro trauma before transitioning into aesthetics nearly 19 years ago. Most recently, she completed her advanced education and obtained my license as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
Courtney Marshburn
Administrative Assistant
Courtney graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Communication in 2003. She proceeded to have a 10 year career in legal recruiting & professional development until she decided to stay home with her two children, Ella (13) and Case. (10).

With many years of experience in management and coordinating, I am honored to be a part of the Simply Creative Aesthetics team. Taking on key responsibilities that include providing the best customer service possible, managing schedules, coordinating, meetings, handling correspondence, and many more!
Rachael Ballard
Registered Nurse
Rachael graduated from TCU with a bachelors degree in nursing. She worked in the Cardiac intensive care unit for 8 years then spent her time at home with her 3 kids while selling skin care. Rachael has always been interested in aesthetics and skin care and she excited to start helping patients look their best.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 48-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 48-hour notice or no shows will be charged a $50 fee.
